Allyn McCracken began Bannockburn's Sport Horse breeding program in 1993 with a few select Thoroughbred mares and concentrated on obtaining Olympic-based bloodlines through artificial insemination. Allyn is a foundation breeder of the BWP/NAD, and Branco was the first approved stallion in the BWP/NAD. She is heavily involved with ensuring the future of breeding quality Sport Horses in the United States, working with the BWP/NAD as well as other breeding organizations.
Allyn breeds for soundness, temperament, performance of bloodlines, athletic potential at the highest level of sport, as well as the ability of her stock to pass on their traits to future offspring. She continues to expand her program, focusing on breeding to the top performing stallions world-wide and selecting only a small number of pairings per year.
